Ductile Iron Gate Valve
Rising stem gate valve rise or drop the valve bonnet through advances / retreats the hanwheel turning and the valve stem thread, bonnet connected with valve stem to open or close valve. The stem nut is on the valve cover or bracket, when openning and closing the gate, stem nut is rotated to achieve the lifting of the stem. The design of this structure is good for lubrication of valve stem,and the degree of opening and closing is obvious, so it is very popular in the market.
The transmission thread on the valve stem is outside the valve body and can be seen directly by the user. Therefore, the user can intuitively judge the opening and closing and position of the gate according to the movement direction and position of the valve stem, and the transmission thread is easy to lubricate and not corroded by fluid, but it requires a larger installation space.

Flat Bottom Sealing Design
Traditional gate valves are often deposited in the bottom grooves after washing pipes, such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, sundries, etc. It is easy to cause the leakage phenomenon which can not be closed tightly. The bottom of the soft sealing gate valve is designed with the same flat bottom as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition and make the fluid unobstructed
Overall Rubber Lined
This gate valve bonnet is lined by EPDM rubber by vulcanized production method which ensure the accurate geometric dimensions, it is firmly connected for rubber and ductile iron material and it will not be esaliy falling off which has good elastic memory of rubber.
Corrosion Resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy spray to prevent any rusty or corrorsion on it, additionally, it is can be used for sewage systems. ?
